ChartNote (Patient management) |
ChartNote is an amazing application which allows the doctor to
generate printouts of consultation episodes for inclusion in the
patient's notes. A wealth of information can be included, and the
program features a very clever system of user-definable "scripts" which
allow you to customise the input. This means that Integrated Care
Pathways and departmental protocols can be incorporated. There is an advanced printing system which is ideal if there is an IR-equipped printer on the ward - just make your notes, beam the Psion at the printer, print the page, and file in the notes! view specially compressed TomeRaider files. It reads the files at
incredible speed, whether they are small E-texts or 20 megabyte
Encyclopedias. The interface is very intuitive and easy to use.
There are a large number of free files available, with more on the way.
The TomeRaider files are very easy to make yourself. At present the only
Medical File is an excellent Paediatric
Database.
